The Town of Easton is accepting applications for a qualified individual to fill the position of full time Community Mental Health Liaison, 40 hours per week.
The Community Mental Health Liaison will improve services to the community involving persons with Mental Illness, Substance Use Disorder and Co-occurring Mental Illness Substance Use Disorders. The incumbent will be the first to hold the position and will lead the collaboration between mental health professionals, benefits providers, community nurses, medical staff and law enforcement where applicable.
